BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms offering double, twin or family accommodation. All are large and airy with spacious en-suite facilities. Each has tea and coffee making facilities, digital television, radio alarm and hairdryer. DINING ROOM Start your day with a choice of breakfasts, a full English or something lighter. If you are a vegetarian, or should you have a special diet, please let us know before you come. There is always fresh fruit salad and a choice of yoghurts and preserves and home made seville marmalade. LOUNGE The lounge area offers space to enjoy cards or board games or just relax with friends after an evening meal in one of the many local restaurants, the closest is just 5 mins. walk away! ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE Please advise of your arrival time if before 16.30 hrs or after 19.00 hrs. Once you are here you can come and go as you please. The latest check out is 10.30 hrs on the day of departure. |

DEPOSIT A deposit of £30 is required for all rooms. We understand that circumstances can change and should you need to cancel your booking, we will always try to re-let your room, but in the event of this not being possible, the deposit would be non-refundable. |
PAYMENT TERMS Cash or cheque with bank guarantee card, cheques payable to Mrs J Le Miere. We regret that we do not have facilities for payment by credit or debit card. |
